WHY USE Dan Johnson Mediation ADR?

Dan Johnson Dan gets results. If an agreement can be designed that is better than the parties respective Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement (“BATNA”), then he will seek to see it negotiated. He does this by helping the parties identify the real underlying issues and interests and facilitating the negotiation of a “win-win” agreement.

He is happy to work with parties who are represented by legal counsel as well as those who are not.

Dan Johnson is a mediator, a lawyer since 1980, and has an MBA.

Commercial or business, labour and employment, and corporate (including association) issues are all welcome

He is a graduate of the Osgoode Hall Law School (LLB); the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto (MBA); is a member of the ADR Institute of Ontario and did his mediation training with the Stitt Feld Handy Group.
