Dan gets results. If an agreement can be designed that is better than the parties respective Best Alternative to a Negotiated Agreement (“BATNA”), then he will seek to see it negotiated. He does this by helping the parties identify the real underlying issues and interests and facilitating the negotiation of a “win-win” agreement.
He is happy to work with parties who are represented by legal counsel as well as those who are not.
